Hansu and Isak

         I have a lot to say for this prompt. First off, when I first was introduced to Hansu, I immediately could sense that things weren't going to end well. I thought the age gap was weird and a red flag for Sunja and I was also uncomfortable with the way that he made himself a strong presence in her life. From wanting her to call him Oppa (or brother), to establishing meeting times to see Sunja, the relationship felt kind of controlling. It does seem that Hansu really grew to love Sunja, but I feel strongly that his initial attraction was not the purest or born of love. I also don't know if you could say his intentions to give her a house and financial security due to her having his baby are honorable or not. In my opinion, he took the easy way out. 

    Contrastingly, I find Isak to be a good partner for Sunja. There doesn't seem to be much chemistry between the two yet, but I find his actions and intentions so admirable that I can't help but root for him to win Sunja over. He definitely is more honorable and willing to face harsh realities unlike Hansu. 

    Overall, while I find the relationship with Hansu to be more unsettling, I will say it was slightly more interesting to read about because of Sunja's fierce passion for him.
